After serving in the U.S. Navy Seabees, Will lived in Southern California where he work for a Civil Engineering Firm. In 1996 Will and his family moved to Florida and has called Saint Augustine home since 1996. Will started roofing with local roofing companies in 2000 as a labor and worked his way up the ladder to a roofing technician. In 2010, Will took the roofing contractor licensing exam and started Elsa Roofing Company. When Will is not roofing, you can find him following his teenage daughter playing travel softball throughout Florida and Georgia.

Eli graduated from Saint Augustine High School in 2007 and went on to attend University of North Florida, studying electrical engineering. Eli also attended First Coast Technical School and completed the electrical apprentice program. Eli has been with Elsa Roofing Company since its founding. He is the Production Manager. Field Supervisor, and main repair technician. When he is not roofing, you will find Eli working on cars and electronics. Eli is also a pyrotechician, certified with the ATF and you will find him throughout the year doing fireworks shows at Daytona Speedway, various attraction in Orlando and Tampa.
