About Will Keeler

After serving in the U.S. Navy Seabees, Will gained valuable experience working at a civil engineering firm in Southern California. In 1996, he and his family relocated to Florida, making St. Augustine their home ever since. Will began his roofing career in 2000, starting as a laborer with local companies and steadily advancing to become a skilled roofing technician. Driven by his passion for excellence, he passed the roofing contractor licensing exam in 2010 and established Elsa Roofing Company. When he’s not overseeing projects, Will enjoys supporting his teenage daughter in travel softball games across Florida and Georgia.

About Eli Keeler

Eli, a 2007 graduate of St. Augustine High School, pursued electrical engineering at the University of North Florida and completed the electrical apprentice program at First Coast Technical School. Joining Elsa Roofing Company from its inception, Eli serves as the Production Manager, Field Supervisor, and primary repair technician, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. Outside of roofing, Eli is passionate about cars and electronics. He is also a certified pyrotechnician with the ATF and can be found orchestrating fireworks shows at venues like the Daytona Speedway and various attractions in Orlando and Tampa.
